TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you officially agree to the following terms.
| ✩ | Please make sure to read these terms before proceeding with the commission. |
| ✩ | All personal information shared between the two parties involved is confidential and must be used strictly for the purposes of the commission. |
| ✩ | Failure to uphold these terms may result in the cancellation of the commission, additional charges, or blacklisting, depending on the severity of the violations. |
GENERAL
| ✩ | Credit must be given properly. Please link both my Twitter and YouTube. → e.g., Animator: Shiranami Ann (https://www.youtube.com/@ShiranamiAnn | https://twitter.com/ShiranamiAnn) |
| ✩ | I reserve the right to decline any commission. |
| ✩ | Please ensure you have the rights to use any assets you provide for the video. I do not accept NFT or AI-generated work and will cancel the commission if it’s found. |
| ✩ | You are not authorized to modify or alter my work without prior discussions and agreement. |
| ✩ | Unless ideas are provided beforehand, I will create the video entirely based on my own creative discretion. |
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
| ✩ | Payment will be made through |
| ✩ | You may make a full payment upfront or a 50% down payment. Final files will be sent after the full amount has been paid. |
| ✩ | Refunds will not be accepted after I notify you that I have started the commission unless I'm unable to deliver the final work. In such cases, I will notify you and refund the full amount. |
| ✩ | For other circumstances, if you choose to cancel the commission, there will be a kill fee of 25% of the final price. |
REVISIONS
| ✩ | You are allowed to send revision feedback during the commission process, during which I will send snippets of the music video to show my progress. |
| ✩ | If there are more than 2 major revisions, you will be charged an extra fee of $15 for each additional revision, unless it’s due to my own mistakes or rendering issues. |
| ✩ | Major revisions include changes to the concept or the addition of entirely new assets once progress exceeds 50%. |
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
| ✩ | Work time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission. |
| ✩ | Currently, I'm not accepting any rush commissions. |
| ✩ | Final Files will be sent via Google Drive after full payment has been completed. |
USE
| ✩ | By uploading my work to any social media platform, you agree to credit me properly (with my Twitter, YouTube, or VGen link). I also retain the right to upload a watermarked version of the finished work unless otherwise requested (required an additional privacy fee). |
| ✩ | You must clarify the intended use of the commissioned MV. → e.g., Commercial Use or Non-Commercial / Personal Use |
| ✩ | Commercial use applies ONLY if you are directly profiting from the video you commissioned and have it monetized on platforms, including: • Corporate settings • Donations / Superchats / Sponsored Content • Monetized videos • Uploaded to streaming platforms such as Spotify and/or Apple Music. |
| ✩ | Commercial use will required an additional fee of 25% of the final price. |
COMMUNICATION
| ✩ | Any form of communication can be done on Twitter, Discord, or other media, based on your preferences. (Timezone: GMT+7 | ID / EN) |
| ✩ | Feel free to ask any questions before or during the process. |
